I have tried several of the activities offered here and every one of them is something that I hope to do again! The parasailing, in particular, is seriously one of the most memorable things I have ever done!!

I must admit, we did have a strong margarita – or was it a tequila shot – at El Torito before we got in the boat, but Mark the owner makes it super fun and cranks up the music as soon as you leave the dock and head towards the open water! Seriously… the adrenaline is pumping BIGTIME! Photo packages are also available to memorialize your entire experience – for an extra fee – and you will have your choice of sailing at 500 feet or 800 feet. There is only a $10 price difference, so I think you should definitely go with 800 feet… why not? Once you’re up there, what’s another 300 feet?!

Let me tell you, when you reach your chosen altitude the panoramic views of Santa Monica and Venice are surreal! The quiet and peacefulness you will experience when you are up that high are indescribable. The laughing will stop, because it is so quiet. There is nothing funny… and there is a reverence that kind of takes over…

Flights can accommodate two or three people at a time and the price point is $80 per person for a 500 ft. flight and $90 per person for an 800 ft. flight. And remember, another 10 bucks gives you 300 more feet! Again, personally, I think it’s worth it!
